1 1/4 cups (175 grams) (6 ounces) hazelnuts and almonds (baked and chopped)
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature (cut into small pieces)4 ounces (115 grams) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 ounces (115 grams) Digestive cookies
plus, a little bit of bittersweet chocolate+whipping cream mixture
